We take great pride in creating meaningful, high-quality artwork for life’s special moments. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders (Ketubahs, House Portraits, Baby Name Art, Wedding Logos, Stationary & Invitations)
- All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
- Since each piece is personalized with your custom text, names, dates, and design choices, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Pre-Designed Print Ketubahs & Abstract Art
- Orders for pre-existing, non-customized ketubahs and abstract art prints are final sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect text, printing defects), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Cancellations for custom orders can only be made before production begins. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once your custom design has been created and approved, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or contains an error on our part:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@mazelmazeldesigns.com with photos of the issue and we will work to replace is needed.
Lost Packages
- Mazel Mazel Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
